I will be back in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Christmas 2012. This time I am planning a palate titillating extravaganza with Teatro Limon. After trying Chef Bruce’s spiraled carrot salad with lemon oil and his raw shrimp ice cream (really!?!) I know that, between the two of us, diners will be in for an unforgettable experience. I cannot wait!
