Chef Candice embraced the Raw Food Movement after witnessing the benefits both first hand and in others. Her desire to provide the best and most creative raw food experience possible led her to New York City to train under Chef Dan Hoyt, head chef of restaurant Quintessence, the Big Apple’s longest running raw gourmet restaurant.
Through her work as a culinary teacher and personal chef, Chef Candice has witnessed people lose weight, achieve a smoother complexion, and increase their energy, mental clarity and joy. She recognizes raw, living food as a way to achieve optimal health without sacrificing the enjoyment of delicious gourmet meals.
